Can exlandlord tack on extra charges on eviction order if we've already moved out before court date? In ont? - super tacks

So I pulled out our old apartment ... Under the assumption that we owe them money ... 2 months ago .. received an eviction notice ... have tried to pay, and we realized we couldnt worthy .. So I decided to go.
I have the intention to pay what we need .. the filing of the rent last month, will come from the amount owed.

Then we received an eviction notice, instead of painting from its own funds, not the kitchen.
We had to leave a freezer in the apartment, because my husband does not have the knack.
We had an appointment until 17 September the hearing of the "expulsion" I do not intend to go on this, because we still have.

I learned of the superpower in the building, which will turn into $ 1500. repaint the kitchen and removed the freezer.

The kitchen was painted in red, of which 1 would need priming paint, and then normal ...

Can it? I thought the court date has been that Re: Expulsion or not ...

Can it?

Depending on your lease and local laws. In most cases, the landlord can not recover the cost for repairs and for the expulsion. Painters are surprisingly expensive, and red can be difficult to treat, what you think. If you paint in the kitchen itself and get someone to do contribute to the freezer, it must be before the deadline, otherwise it is likely that the fees are assessed.
Normally you can not use your deposit to the rent for the last few months to cover whatever.
They seem to have luck. It's a shame they could not reach an agreement with the owner for the release of an orderly manner before the start of the evacuation process.

Of course! The owner may ask the court for the damage they went into the apartment or house to compensate. Red paint on the walls is an example, broken or stained carpets, holes in walls, broken windows, etc.

Good luck:)
