Can I deduct Land loan interest if I place a trailer on the property? - idaho retirement
I bought 20 acres in northern Idaho and I wear a 8YR interest only loan for $ 670/month. I plan to start (55 years to retire) in the 8 years and plan to use the land to build my retirement home on. In the meantime, I would like a second home for my camper ever leave use on the property. If you do this, I can deduct the interest on the trailer, plus interest on the loan from the earth?

The trailer is not a permanent improvement of the soil. Even if the drawing of interest, a second home could be considered (if the loan by the trailer) warrants woudn't the country.
